AIIBOOM addresses this challenge with high-purity PFA and PTFE tubing and fitting systems, featuring exceptionally smooth inner surfaces that prevent trace-metal leaching and chemical contamination on sensitive wafers.

    To monitor process stability under these aggressive chemistries, our integrated pressure sensors feature PEEK- and PTFE-encapsulated wetted materials that provide high-frequency pressure tracking without leaching trace contaminants. This highly stable fluidic routing, reinforced with chemically inert connectors and dampeners, reduces the risk of system failure and preserves production yields.
