  • What pressure range do AIIBOOM Pressure Sensors cover?

Our piezo-based inline pressure sensors cover measurement ranges from 0–3.5 Bar up to 0–15 Bar (or 0–350 kPa absolute/gauge), featuring wetted PEEK/PTFE/SUS316L housing with 1/4-28 UNF standard interfaces.

  • Why is inline degassing necessary in precision fluidic systems?

Dissolved air and micro-bubbles in liquid lines cause volumetric metering errors, detector noise in chromatography (HPLC), pump cavitation, and reaction instability. AIIBOOM Degassers utilize high-efficiency fluoropolymer (Teflon AF / PTFE) membranes under vacuum to extract dissolved oxygen and air without altering fluid composition.

  • What communication protocols are supported by AIIBOOM motorized valves and pump drivers?

Integrated driver units support RS-232, RS-485 (Modbus-RTU), CAN bus, and I2C protocols with standard 24V DC power inputs for plug-and-play system integration.

  • How do I select the right Rotary Shear Valve for my application?

Selection depends on four primary criteria:

    1. Working Pressure: Low-pressure (up to 1.0 MPa), Ceramic selection (up to 0.5 MPa), or High-Pressure/Ultra-High-Pressure (up to 35–70 MPa).

    2. Wetted Materials: Choose based on chemical compatibility—PEEK, PCTFE, ETFE, UPE, FFKM, or Sapphire/Alumina Ceramics.

    3. Flow Path & Ports: Distribution (1-in-N out, up to 24/25 ports) or Multi-position sample injection (e.g., 2-position/6-port, 2-position/10-port).

    4. Bore Diameter: Available from 0.3mm to 2.0mm to match your tubing ID and minimize dead volume/turbulence.

  • What is the dispensing accuracy and repeatability of AIIBOOM Syringe and Piston Pumps?

Our precision pumps achieve a repeatability CV < 1% (< 0.1% under closed-loop encoder control) and dispensing accuracy within ±2% across the full stroke volume.

  • What pump technologies does AIIBOOM provide for micro-fluidic handling?

    Our pump portfolio includes:

    • Piston Pumps: High-precision displacement with zirconia/PEEK plungers for heavy-duty workloads.

    • Syringe Pumps: Available in 30mm and 60mm stroke lengths, single/multi-channel formats, integrated with ceramic or plastic rotary/solenoid switching valves for precise dosing and sample dilution.

    • Metering Pumps & Dual-Ratio Pumps: Valveless ceramic pump designs for pulsation-free delivery, continuous metering, and automatic mixing/dilution.

    • High-Pressure Pumps: Rated up to 40 MPa for analytical liquid chromatography and high-resistance fluidic paths.

  • How do Torque-Limiting Nuts protect fluid connections?

AIIBOOM’s Torque-Limiting Nuts provide an audible "click" once the preset tightening torque (e.g., 0.15–0.25 N·m) is reached. This prevents over-tightening, which can damage plastic threads or deform ferrules, ensuring repeatable, tool-free leak-tight seals.

  • What thread standards do your fittings support?

Our fittings and port adapters cover standard global industry specifications, including 1/4-28 UNF, 10-32 UNF, 6-40 UNF, 5/16-24 UNF, M6, M5, NPT, and BSPT threads.

  • What is the advantage of the Lock Ring (LR) Series compared to standard flangeless fittings?

The Lock Ring (LR) Series incorporates an anti-loosening lock ring design that secures the ferrule to the tubing, mitigating loosening caused by equipment vibration during operation or transport. It also reduces friction between the nut and ring, preventing tube rotation during assembly cycles.

  • What fitting systems are available for rigid vs. flexible tubing?

    • Rigid/Semi-Rigid Tubing (PTFE, FEP, PFA, PEEK): We offer Lock Ring (LR) Series Flangeless Fittings, Flanged Fittings, Standard Flangeless Fittings, and Coned High-Pressure Fittings.

    • Flexible Tubing (Silicone, PVC, Pharmed): We provide One-Piece Thread-to-Barb Adapters, Barb-to-Barb Unions/Reducers/Tees/Ys, Panel Mount Barbs, and Quick-Connect Couplings.
